Not much fond of dramas, but Coffee Prince arrived and I was lost. Everything so enchanting! The whole cast, they are so lovable and talented. My husband and I have found each episode so heart warming. Could not wait for the next one. Do you know what? We have renewed our sense of romance. It is truly romantic. Of all the korean novelas I have watched, Coffee Prince is definitely the best. The story line is simple and yet I cannot help but be mesmerized by the story and the cast. Andie is so lovable. Whenever she cries, I am also moved to cry. Whenever she laughs, I feel the joy too.
But I felt his struggle for love and trust and I truly loved the way he loves Andie deeply that it hurts already. Anyway, I do hope there is a sequel with all the original casts included. I will never tire of rewatching the episodes even if I already know them by heart. Gong Yoo and Yun Eun Hye really look good together.
I am waiting for part 2 of coffee prince. I really love Coffee Prince. I still cry every now and then after seeing the whole series. I cant get enough of the series. The second koreanovela that made me cry after Lovers in Paris. Ill be waiting for the sequel but please let the cast remain unchanged. It would be different if Gong Yoo will be replaced to play the main male lead. I am a teacher down south of the Philippines. Ditto what ira said. IMO, this drama is as close to perfection as u can get. I also doubt u could ever find an OST as perfect as this one. The sad scenes became absolutely gut-wrenching once the songs started!
The only teeny tiny problem I have is the ending. I mean, come on!! No wedding, no kiss, no hug, not even a holding of hands? Slightly disappointing for me. I so love the charm of Yoon Eun Hye despite her boyish disguise. Gong Yoo meanwhile is so damn cute. And their love story is one of a kind.

The scene in the beach where Gongyoo had watched the Eunhye sleeping was the best scene in the history of Kdrama. I can watch it like million times and get emotional each time as I watched it first time. It just aches my heart….. They really have beautiful scenes sometimes.. I love the story.. After watching this, I checked her out in The Vineyard Man. I am just going to run and get the dvd and watch four episodes in one sitting and finished it maybe in four days — after My Girl i am hooked to korean drama — for those who need help watching this type of melodrama — just watch it and enjoy dont think too much — just watch and laugh and cry — if you intelectualised about it sorry you will miss enjoying it.
It is absolutely entertaining. Gong yoo is the best and cutest actor ever! And Yoon eun hye is as awesome as gong yoo. It is totally great, but Coffee prince is still the best!!
