Where is sirta supplies mass effect 3

I know that one of the books can be given to Ashley. But what are the candy, flowers, etc for exactly? After buying them I never see them used for anything again. Nor do I see them anywhere on the Normandy kinda thought they were decorations for the ship at first. So does anyone know what they are for exactly?

His gift is rum, but I didn't buy it because I had no clue what it was for. Didn't hold me back from rekindling the romance, though. All I saw was Medigel upgrade. MaleShep and Kaidan as the VS. Was there a prerequisite to be able to buy the gifts?

I don't know. I saw it on my first visit to the hospital and didn't check for it on my second. I know for sure it wasn't there once Kaidan was up and around, though, so if you're past that point, I guess that's why it's not appearing.
